Communications & Partnerships

The Communications and Partnerships System aims to promote the mission and identity of the foundation effectively, build trust and visibility with stakeholders, donors, Church partners, and the wider public, establish and nurture collaborative partnerships for mission sustainability and program effectiveness, and create a consistent and compassionate voice that reflects the servant-love spirituality of the foundation.

I. Purpose and Principles

  • The Communications and Partnerships System aims to:

  • Build trust and visibility with stakeholders, donors, Church partners, and the wider public.
  • Establish and nurture collaborative partnerships for mission sustainability and program effectiveness.
  • Create a consistent and compassionate voice that reflects the servant-love spirituality of the foundation.

II. Communication System

A. Communication Objectives

  • Increase public awareness of SERVUS AMORIS Foundation's programs and impact.
  • Foster engagement with internal and external audiences.
  • Mobilize support for programs through storytelling and campaigns.
  • Strengthen internal communication for effective coordination.

B. Target Audiences

Internal
  • Staff, volunteers, board, scholars, missionaries
External
  • Church leaders, dioceses, congregations, donors, academic institutions, NGOs, government partners, general public

C. Key Communication Channels

Digital Media
  • Facebook Page / YouTube / Instagram - Daily posts, program updates, event coverage
  • Website (to be developed) - Foundation profile, programs, news, donation page, volunteer form
Email Newsletter
  • Monthly or quarterly updates to donors and partners
Printed Materials
  • Brochures, flyers, prayer cards
  • Annual Reports and Donor Briefs

Mission Tagline: No helper should journey alone!

  • Consistent messaging aligned with the foundation's mission and core values (SERVUS).
  • All materials should reflect: Christ-centered compassion, Simplicity and authenticity, Cultural and pastoral sensitivity.

E. Content Strategy

  • Testimonial-driven storytelling (e.g., from priests in renewal, scholars, volunteers)
  • Program highlights (what's happening, where, and with whom)
  • Donor and partner spotlights
  • Catholic faith and servant-leadership reflections

III. Partnership System

Church Institutions

Dioceses, parishes, religious congregations, seminaries - For referrals, retreats, joint events, and field missions

Academic Institutions

For scholarship partnerships, research, and joint training programs

Nonprofit Organizations

Local and international NGOs in healing, trauma, pastoral care, or development

Government and Private Sector

TESDA, DSWD, LGUs for vocational training and beneficiary support; Private donors, businesses, and CSR programs for resource mobilization

Communications and Partnerships Coordinator
  • Oversees all communication efforts and strategies
  • Manages media content and branding
  • Leads partnership building efforts
  • Maintains donor and partner relations
Executive Director
  • Serves as primary representative in formal partnerships
  • Approves key messages and engagement proposals
  • Reports to Board of Trustees on progress and milestones
Other Staff
  • Contribute content and photos for updates
  • Coordinate with partners during implementation
  • Uphold the tone, messaging, and values in all engagements

V. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Continuous Improvement

  • Monthly Communications Review with analytics and audience feedback
  • Annual Partner Feedback Survey for collaboration quality
  • Quarterly Reports to Board including reach, partnerships, and resource mobilization outcomes
  • Update materials and strategies annually based on mission impact and strategic priorities
