The Servus Amoris Foundation operates through a well-defined organizational structure designed to ensure effective governance, streamlined operations, and mission-driven service delivery. This structure outlines the roles, responsibilities, and relationships among the Foundation's governing bodies, leadership teams, and operational units.
I. BOARD OF TRUSTEES Governance and Oversight Body
- Provides strategic direction, oversight, and accountability
- Approves budgets, policies, and major decisions
- Ensures fidelity to the mission and sustainability of the foundation

II. EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP
Executive Director
- Reports directly to the Board of Trustees
- Leads the foundation operationally, ensuring alignment with the mission and goals
- Supervises all departments and staff
- Represents the foundation in all external and public engagements

- Designs and implements healing, formation, and renewal programs
- Manages the scholarship program and liaises with partner institutions
- Facilitates training, workshops, and mission activities
- Coordinates volunteer formation and mission accompaniment

- Coordinates retreats, counseling, and spiritual direction
- Oversees regional pastoral care initiatives
- Manages wellness referral systems and spiritual accompaniment
