Short-Term Goals 1–2 Years

Establish Core Support for the Missionary Disciples of Our Lady of Hope
Action Plan:
- a. Identify and document active MDH members and mission areas.
- b. Allocate seed funding for MDH-led outreach programs (e.g., support groups for recovering addicts or human trafficking survivors).
- c. Assign a part-time Program Officer to coordinate reports and communication with MDH missions.
- d. Recruit local volunteers to assist with mission logistics and documentation.

Launch Pilot Healing and Renewal Program for Pastoral Workers
Action Plan:
- a. Partner with a retreat house or religious center for renewal weekends.
- b. Hire a Pastoral Care Coordinator with a background in psychology and spirituality with pastoral experience.
- c. Organize at least two renewal sessions yearly for 10–15 participants per batch.
- d. Provide trained spiritual directors, counselors, and wellness facilitators.
- e. Offer travel and subsidy assistance for those with financial limitations.

Provide Initial Scholarships for Helping Professions
Action Plan:
- a. Launch a competitive application process with panel review.
- b. Hire a Scholarship Program Assistant to manage applications and scholar tracking.
- c. Select 5–10 scholars per year and assign mentors.
- d. Partner with academic institutions and TESDA-accredited centers.
- e. Require periodic progress and impact reports from scholars.

Develop Basic Formation Modules and Volunteer Training
Action Plan:
- a. Design short-term training modules on self-care, trauma-informed ministry, and active listening.
- b. Train an initial batch of volunteers and collaborators (seminarians, lay leaders, catechists).
- c. Hire a Formation and Volunteer Training Officer to oversee these modules.
- d. Conduct 2–3 training workshops per year.
- e. Issue certificates of participation and create a volunteer support network (via Facebook or Viber groups).

Build Initial Sustainability Mechanisms and Employ Key Staff
Action Plan:
- a. Register for fundraising accreditation and launch a Friends of Servus Amoris campaign.
- b. Start a small-scale livelihood initiative or social enterprise (e.g., organic healing balm, printed devotional materials).
- c. Employ essential staff: Executive Director, Finance and Admin Officer, Program Development Officer, Communications and Partnerships Coordinator.
- d. Set up basic office systems: bookkeeping, documentation, donor tracking.
- e. Develop foundation branding and digital presence (social media, website).

Initiate Collaboration and Build a Support System
Action Plan:
- a. Identify and contact potential partners (dioceses, congregations, NGOs).
- b. Organize a "Helping the Helpers" Forum to present the mission and invite collaborations.
- c. Form a Core Advisory Group composed of clergy, religious, mental health professionals, and lay experts.
- d. Establish a Spiritual and Psychological Care Advisory Panel for ongoing guidance.
- e. Build a Peer Support System for volunteers and program beneficiaries through regular gatherings and online support groups.
Long-Term Goals 3–5 Years & Beyond

Build a Permanent Servus Amoris Healing and Formation Center
Action Plan:
- a. Acquire land or space through donation/lease partnership.
- b. Form a Building Committee to oversee construction and planning.
- c. Employ a Center Director and full-time resident staff (chaplain, counselor, kitchen/housekeeping).
- d. Offer full-time renewal programs, residential retreats, and training events.

Institutionalize Formation and Professional Development Programs
Action Plan:
- a. Offer Certificate Courses in Pastoral Care, Psychology and Spirituality, in partnership with a Catholic university or seminary.
- b. Recruit certified trainers and facilitators.
- c. Provide practicum opportunities in mission areas and Servus Amoris programs.
- d. Set up an E-learning platform for modules accessible nationwide.

Expand Scholarships Nationally and Internationally
Action Plan:
- a. Establish a Scholarship Endowment Fund through major donors and foundations.
- b. Develop international linkages with congregations, NGOs, and mission partners.
- c. Expand to offer: Undergraduate/Graduate degrees, Short courses abroad, Online mentoring and development for overseas scholars.

Sustain Pastoral Renewal and Care Programs
Action Plan:
- a. Employ regional Pastoral Wellness Teams composed of trained therapists, spiritual directors, and medical collaborators.
- b. Organize annual National Clergy and Religious Wellness Congress.
- c. Develop modules addressing aging clergy, compassion fatigue, and trauma recovery.
- d. Monitor long-term outcomes through surveys, interviews, and spiritual accompaniment logs.

Strengthen Networks and Institutional Partnerships
Action Plan:
- a. Establish the Servus Amoris Pastoral Care Alliance (SAPCA) for networking with dioceses, religious orders, and healing ministries.
- b. Publish resources and toolkits on pastoral care and servant leadership.
- c. Collaborate with the CBCP Episcopal Commission on Clergy, Association of Major Religious Superiors, and Catholic Social Networks.

Build a Culture of Volunteerism and Accompaniment
Action Plan:
- a. Develop a Volunteer Leadership Track with progressive formation and mission opportunities.
- b. Organize annual Servus Amoris Volunteer Congress for fellowship, renewal, and commitment.
- c. Create a Volunteer Handbook with guidelines, prayer resources, and self-care protocols.
- d. Establish an Alumni Network of Scholars, Volunteers, and Beneficiaries to give back and mentor others.
